How to Bet

OBJECTIVE:

A basic game function of Swing Poker is two fold, to introduce new players to Thrike baseball card play. To recognize and become familiar with Thrike baseball card designs, functionalities, and games. Swing Poker also gives players an opportunity to have fun playing a quick play poker card arrangement with a dealer playing against one to several players to win an amount each player puts up as a gambling bet to see if the dealer or the player, can equal or be closest to eleven, from the sum of the numbers on their cards, for a win.

THE GAME CHALLENGE:

To start Swing Poker play, the dealer shuffles the entire card deck and passes to players, starting to the left, two cards face up and the dealer's first card is face up and the second is face down. Each player is to add up the numbers on their two cards to see who has eleven, or who is closest to eleven. To acquire a number closer to eleven players can then ask the dealer for more cards as a "Hit". Eleven is the magic number to acquire. When the player is satisfied with their card number count without going over eleven. The player says "shey" If the player hand goes over an eleven count that player is "out" of the game. The dealer plays after all players have completed their hand by saying "I stey". The dealer now turns over its second card and can pull cards from the deck to acquire an eleven count or closer to eleven than each player. After the dealer says "shey" and the number count is below eleven. Players with a umber count equal to or below the dealer's number count loses, and players with a number count above the dealer without going over eleven wins. When the dealer and player have the same eleven number counts. The player wins by not losing their bet. The player can also win if e dealer says "out" for pulling a number count over eleven, and the player does not. The player and dealer can win, If by chance a player and dealer pulls 5 cards to a hand without needing an eleven count and/or if the player and dealer has an eleven count hand, both win r hands. The concept of Swing play comes into play when the dealer or a player acquires the deck two of the same cards plus the hand equal to an eleven number count. The dealer automatically wins such a hand, and the player also automatically wins such a hand over dealer and is paid double on the bet.
